� They will be responsible for taking the property back off you at the end of three years
� They will pay you 15 % Annual Return in Year One
� They will pay you 15% Annual Return in Year Two
� They will pay you 15% Annual Return in Year Three
� They may even offer you an option to take an income in Year Four also!
� This means you will receive 45 % return total investment of just �55.000!

`You Own Limited` will work with you to purchase 20 units at this site that they will then market, maintain and ultimately sell over the next three (possibly four) years. This entire resort is targeted specifically at the Holiday Rental Sector and `You Own Limited` are specialists in providing resort experience holidays to this sector of the market.
Our investors help them by purchasing the units that `You Own` then rent out and maintain on the investors` behalf. `You Own` keep all income generated from the rentals from which they pay all running costs (furniture, utilities, management, maintenance etc) and also put aside the sums listed above to pay our investors a secured income for the next three (possibly four) years.

`You Own` have also negotiated a discount on the unit prices and expect to benefit from the capital growth that this site is expected to achieve over the next three/four years.

Our investor gains the benefit of having no involvement or concern about how the property is Let or managed and has no concerns about running costs and sits back safe in the knowledge that they are receiving a secure income for the next three years for little or no effort.

`You Own` will therefore provide you with a contractual commitment to take these units back from you irrespective of market conditions prevailing at the time because they are sure that they will be inheriting from you as you pass the properties across to them at the end of year three (or four) will be notably less than the open market values that these units will then be valued at.
