3rd) Also included is a helicopter landing area for two helicopters (one being for health care use and the other one for general transport of passengers).

4th) Included in the price is a Hotel, foreseen to be a 4 to 5 Star Hotel with 100 rooms.

The execution of the complete project, from the start of the building construction to key delivery, will take a maximum of 4 years (year 2.013/ 2.014) and will be released in phases. The whole development will be delivered completely equipped and furnished; not only the dwellings, but also the Hotel, Social Club etc. About 600 dwellings will be delivered per year. The estimated value of each finished home will be approximately 180.000�.

At present (Sumer 2.010) streets, sanitations and the helicopter landing area are finished.

All quantities paid by the buyer will have a British Bank guaranty.

The whole development will have various small commercials as well as an OpenCor commercial centre (depending on the El Corte Ingl�s), with 15.000m2 surface and with a 24 hour service.
