Property management
The complex `Olympia Beach` is characterized by an innovative concept and set of features that will appeal to each owner. To the owners of property in the complex may use the following specialized services:
• professional property management and maintenance of the complex;
• preparation of the apartment for rent;
• troubleshooting and damage;
• payment of local taxes and fees in the municipal tax office;
• maintenance and storage of all documentation on the property and provide a report of all income and expenses on it.

The maintenance fee for the complex is 8 Euro / sq.m without VAT per apartment per year. The owners are exempt from paying the maintenance fee for the first year.

Renting out
The apartments in the complex `Olympia Beach` can be rented on a hotel basis. Each owner has the opportunity to receive an income from one`s property, which will be paid after the tourist season. Owners should pay an annual fee.

Furnishing
The studios and the apartments in the complex `Olympia Beach` are offered for sale unfurnished, with the possibility for complete furnishing of the investors at an extra cost and at bargain prices.

Every client who orders kitchen and other furniture, receives a bonus of 500 BGN, which will be deducted from the amount of the delivery. After preparation of the free 3D design and approval by the client, the investor organizes the development, delivery and installation of the furniture.

From the moment of signing the preliminary contract, the owners are offered an apartment accommodation for the time required for the furnishing of the purchased property they have in the complex.

Reservation and payment plan

Reservation of apartment
Each apartment in the complex `Olympia Beach` can be reserved after payment of a deposit of 2000 Euros, payable by credit card or bank transfer. The deposit will be reserved for the period until the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
Buying a property in this complex comes with no agency commission.

Payment

Plan A

• 30% first installment within 30 days after signing the preliminary contract;
• 30% second installment within 3 months after signing the preliminary contract;
