The Relax Holiday Complex is located in the beginning of Saint Vlas, situated in the foothills of the Eastern Balkan Mountains on the Black sea coast. The project is being built right in the middle of the biggest tourist region of Bulgaria. With excellent location and communications - 38 km from the city of Bourgas, 32km from the Bourgas international airport and only 8 km from the ancient town of Nessebar, both the old and new part. The holiday complex is in the immediate proximity (250 metres) to the biggest beach of Bulgaria, the one of Sunny Beach. It is about 10 kilometres long.

Natural Phenomenon

The complex is bordered by the mountain and the sea and that combination makes it a desirable destination for holiday all year round, as well as for recreational, wellness and SPA tourism. The air draught coming from the mountain gorge to the sea creates a unique climatic natural phenomenon with powerful curative effect on the bronchial asthma and other pulmonary diseases. That`s why the only Bulgarian sea sanitarium with traditions in the treatment of diseases of the respiratory system and rheumatic problems is located only 100 metres from the Relax Holiday Complex.

The Relax complex has four sections – `A`, `B`, `C` and `D`, each with separate entrances and lifts. Section `A` is a separate building.
The buildings are luxuriously finished, constructed of reinforced iron – concrete and brick masonry and fully heat and water insulated. The first floor is covered with natural stone and wood. The railings of the balconies are made of wood. The buildings are amphitheatrically situated which fits the terrain and thus each property has a gorgeous sea complex is being built on 4 700 square metres.
