Rental Management:
A Full Rental Management

Reservations:
Any
apartment or villa can be reserved for maximum 14 days with a deposit of only E 2500 ( non-refundable, should you change your
mind and decide not to go ahead with the purchase ). It will however be deducted from the purchase price of your property
upon receipt of the first installment. The buyer is expected to sign the preliminary contract with the development company
and pay the first installment within two weeks. No negotiation is possible on the prices, unless buying in
