As owners of the factory and the business we offer for direct sale our fruits and vegetables processing factory and the entire business for sale as follows

1/ The factory is open / available for sale subject unsold / i.e. subject prior sale � as we already are talking with a couple of interested buying parties, but still have no firm engagement / commitments - we will sell based `first come - first served`.
2/ Actually we are selling our `sister company` G Foods Ltd + the factory (incl. of all equipment + machinery, building facilities � manufacturing equipment and fully equipped offices, land, customers portfolio, etc... - the entire business.).
3/ No problem for non-residents to buy here property of any kind - industrial or other � taxation is favorable: corporate 10 % flat tax on any business.
4/ Hereunder please note some basic details for your consideration as follows:

We are interested to get into contact with companies or individuals potentially interested in establishing of cooperation for the:

- Sale, direct from the owners, of our Fruits and Vegetables Processing Factory

We offer for sale to potentially interested company or individual buyer our own new fruits and vegetables processing factory.

The actual asking price is EUR 915.000 net for us / the sellers / the owners - a 100 % straight outright sale of business.

This price is inclusive of:

- All process equipment and machinery,
- All building facilities,
- Fully equipped offices,
- All land,
- The complete customers` portfolio,
- All pending dues to banks at the moment of sale,
- Etc � etc�. - all the business.

The factory is brand new and fully equipped, meeting the EC norms and manufacturing standards and have been put in operation after mid 2008 - now in the moment exporting of truck loads of processed products to buyers in Germany, Spain, Italy, France , Sweden and Poland. The factory is located in South-West of Bulgaria in the mountain area which absolutely ecologically cleans - the closest industrial plant is approx. 120 km away. The factory is located only ten minutes drive from the famous international skiing resort of Bansko in the mountain side of Southern Bulgaria.

The factory, as designed and equipped, can perform the following manufacturing processes:

- Fresh sorted and calibrated and wild / forest fruits, vegetables, wild and cultivated mushrooms and medical and aromatic herbs,
- IQF / Deep Frozen fruits, vegetables, wild and cultivated mushrooms and medical and aromatic herbs,
- Dried / Dehydrated fruits, vegetables, wild and cultivated mushrooms and medical and aromatic herbs,
- Diced and sliced products - fruits, vegetables and mushrooms,
- Blanched vegetables, wild and cultivated mushrooms,
- Brined vegetables, wild and cultivated mushrooms.

The main reason we offer for sale this business is that we established that we actually are engaged in too many other businesses and because of the time factor practically we do not have time enough to manage and to operate this factory effectively, this is why we finally decided that it would be better if we sell the entire business. Naturally in the beginning of the take-over by the new owners we will provide all necessary help and assistance to the new owner to get started and to operate the factory.

SPECIAL NOTE :
Our offer for sale of this business / the factory might be of serious interest especially for buyers from Non-EC member countries. As Bulgaria is full-right member country of the EC as from January 1st, 2007, actually in case that a Non-EC member resident purchased this business / this factory as offered above, in fact the Purchaser / the New Factory Owner is opening business direct in the EC, which is considered to be of high importance for such manufacturing company / fruits and vegetables processing factory which will allow for direct access to the EC / West EU market without any formalities, export tax -free, etc.... other such benefits.
