The plot is in the area zoned for summer-houses of the village of Yasna Polyana, Primorsko municipality. I apply scheme on which you can see the road that connects Yasna Polyana with the Primorsko resort, and I hope you will understand where this village is. Now I would like to say a few words about the village of Yasna Polyana, which I think, is a lovely place, situated at the foot of the Strandja Mountains and at the same time it is only 10km away from the Black sea coast and Primorsko resort, and 40km from Bourgas. There is an artificial lake nearby and the village is well known by the fishermen. Also the forest, which surrounds the village of Yasna Polyana is full of game and many hunters come here in the free time. That is why I think it is a very good place about vacation.
There is a small airport between Primorsko and Yasna Polyana, which is used by the groups of tourists, which come on vacation in Primorsko.
The sun is shining all day long at the plot and it is a very nice place for living and taking relax.
That is why I think it is a good place to invest in.
