Pure and simple, this is the best house in the best village I have ever come across, and I have been to most villages, as I have been going to Hungary for some 18 years ,on working holidays. ,i have been doing up properties and selling them, and this is my house that i stay in every year. In that time, I have had lots of people who, when in the area, including the locals, have come and offered to buy the property .

Why? because its a great place to live, and Hungary is the best-kept secret in the whole of Europe, and I have been to all other countries in Europe. Check it out online yourself. the position and location is everything in any country. The village is a small, very quiet and picturesque village set in Northern Hungary, tucked away in the hills. in the county of Vas, you cannot see it from any road on any side; you only know it is there when going to it. It`s peaceful and totally safe; the property is on the corner with a track on the side that only goes to the large woods, so it`s very quiet.

,In the garden you have a range of apple trees and an orchard at the side of the house with walnut trees and cherry trees. The garden is sizeable, with at the bottom of the garden a 4000 sq mts of top-class flat farmland , You can grow anything in Hungary due to its sandy, rich soil and dry but not to dry climate and gentle rain not days like in the U.K.; hence, it`s a fantastic place for growing food, etc., with great summers , in the garden, it has a working water well, and a short distance away, you have a water swimming park with hot spas and a petrol station. small supermarket so well catered for in every way the nearest town is the very modern town of Zalaegerszeg;

At that certain age even foreigners are free to travel on the bus which goes dailey from the village and returns. Also, trains are free ,
This is the reason why, unlike any other country in Europe, it is growing fast. All the big-name firms are going to Hungary, and northern Hungary is the best area for booming commerce. The whole country is one massive garden with all sorts of villages with all shapes and sizes of houses in them , i am only selling due to a serious illness which stops me from modernising the house , it is right now a two-bedroom property but has two storage rooms back to back, and that would make one good-sized third bedroom with a very simple removal of the dividing wall.

Last year was built a very large modern septic tank that will never need to be emptied. The large room floors of the house are classy and expensive wood and mosaic tiles.
On mains electricity and mains water, the council/house tax is only approx. GBP 14.00 per year , fuel is cheaper, electricity is far far cheaper, as is water; hence, lots of people all over Europe have moved to Hungary. Austrians, Italians, Germans, British, Welsh, and Australians, It is extremely well run, and people are vetted before being allowed to live in Hungary; hence, they avoid troubles ? , the crime rate is nonexistent. The law is no drink and driving; they have banned GMOs, and years ago they banned food firms from adding sugar to foods. How`s that?

I did intend to plaster just the front, as it looks dated with the large lintals abouve the windows on show so plaster that wall only but leave the red brick side for that great rustic look and put in new blinds ,i might just be able to do that bit ill have to see but with theese things done you are looking at a 2.00 to 250,000 oooo GBP property .
