Half an hour`s drive south from Lake Balaton is located in Fels�`mocsolád, a quiet beautiful village

has never dried up while spraying heavily with it.

In the village itself there is a supermarket and many `shops` drive through the street.
There is still a beautifully restored castle in our village where many parties and celebrations are
given.
You can walk here with or without dogs, no one comes across, the views are beautiful.

The location is central, because of the new 4-lane 67 everything is very easily accessible.
It is 33km to The Balaton, 28 km from the city of Kaposvár and Budapest is 165 km.
You experience the peace and space in the house, garden and the surroundings and if you want to
get into more motion is easy to do.
15 km away is the special nature reserve Deseda with many lakes where people fish and swim, also
beautiful forests and there is an Arboretum.
Why we want to leave here: after 15 years of enjoying this fine country, we are taking on a new
challenge in another country.
