After accepting the price offer you purchase the building plot and you acquire its ownership right immediately. At the same time you sign a contract with our company for the management of the project, which includes the preparation of design plans as well as the permitting.
According to the practice applied in the case of projects, the financing is conducted based on fulfilment and accounting in phases. The investor pre-finances an agreed upon work unit, then the fulfilment of the unit is followed by technical delivery-acceptance. After the fulfilment the client pays for the partial invoice.
