THE BUILDING

The building was designed by world-famous architect Joseph Vago in a Bauhaus-Modernist style, built in 1932. The house has been a meeting point for the local art scene of the 20th century – several poets, authors, and artists were inhabitants or visitors of the building. In the past 10 years it has been a family home, with offices on the ground floor.

The size of the building is 860 m2, surrounded by a well-maintained peaceful garden standing on a 1640 m2 terraced plot. Currently there are 5 apartments in the building, that can be converted to 6 easily. In the neighbouring building, there is a garage also belonging to the Haris Villa.

The building has been fully renovated in 2016, new water and heating tubes including new gas furnace and boiler have been installed. The apartments on the second floor have individual heating each; the rest of the house is heated from the central heating unit located in the basement. The interior design is sophisticated with furniture from famous Italian, French and Spanish brands making the house very unique. All apartments are air-conditioned.
