Dear readers,

This huge manor is located in a small village called ` Erdotarcsa ` .
The village offer 2 shops, a pub, a post office, 2 times a week a
docter service, 2 horse riding schools, a camping, a castle and a
kinder garten.

In nearby towns like ` Hatvan ` (8 miles) one can find ample
supermarkets, all kinds of other shops, restaurants, a hospital,
pharmacies, open markets, a thermal bath, a swimming pool and
so on. The nearby smaal town of ` Palotas ` has a large fishing lake
with a restaurants near it`s shores. This county, know as ` Nograd `
, has relative few inhabitants is located appr. 45 miles away from
the capital.

The living surface of this manor is 150 m2 (excluding it`s attic) and
the plot size is 2400 m2. In it`s long wing at the back side one can
find 3 little barn for life-stock, a garage and 2 little rooms. One of
