This farm is located outside the tiny little
(forest) village of ` Portelek ` . Portelek
is surrounded by forests and has only a
small shop, a pub, a postoffice and 2 bus
stops. In the naerby village of ` Farmos `
(3 miles) one can find a bank, a few pubs, 2
restaurants, 2 supermarkets adn similars
facilities. In the nearby (7 miles)town of
` Jaszbereny ` one can find a zoo, banks, a
postoffice,a swimmingpool, a free market,
various restaurants, a hospital, a vet,
pharmacies, doctors, pubs , supermarkets and
so on. Farmos, by the way, has an own train
connection with the capital.

The farm has a building surface of 80 m2, a
garden of 1557 m2, a summer kitchen, a shed,
the plot is fenced, 2.5 rooms, a hall, a
kitchen, a food storage place and a
bathroom. There is water, electric, heating
on wood and a sceptictank. The surrounding
offers ample possibilities for hiking,
cycling, horse - riding, mountain biking,
swimming and similar activities. All is
nature, quietness and fresh healthy air.
