secondary school and on every Wednesday
and Saturday there is a local market.

There is a Thermal Water Bath, an Aqua
Park and the Angel Island located nearby
and the famous Church of Boldogasszony
(the Church of our Lady) built in 1487.

There are annual events hosted by the town of
Rackeve in August, such as the Danube
Folk Music and Folk Dance Festival, the
Serbian fete of the Boldogasszony Church
and the St. Stephen`s Day lantern boat
parade. The impressive boat market is held
twice a week in St Steven Square by the
Danube.
