Something to say about the property:
It is allocated in the south part of Hungary, it is called Kiskunhalas. It is famous for its
handmade lace and thermal water. German tourists come to town throughout the year, but
mostly in the Summer for its magical therapeutic treatment, because it contains officialy
approved minerals. It`s in the upper town in a quiet street with helpful and friendly
neighbours. The town centre is 10 minutes bike ride or 25 minutes walk. There are local
buses, but I never used them. It`s near to schools, shops, hairdressers, train station etc.

We have two tile stoves as another alternative option for heating with wood which inlights
the spirit just by sitting beside and looking at it. The chimney, the gutter and the roof was
completely changed in 2019.
Optionally some furniture can be left for the buyer to purchase as per agreement.
The adjacent building was built later. There is a separate room with toilet and basin.
Beside that, there is a space for either animal keeping or to build it into a shower room.
There is also an old fashion toilet outside.
If this was not enough, there is a huge cellar for wine keeping or for vegetables . There is
also two smoke rooms, where sausages can be smoked as part of the preservation
process. The garden`s floor has weed stopper fabric laid on, which is easy to pick up. The
garden`s size is manageably big enough, mostly full of trees such as nectaries, figs, plum,
nuts, soured cherry and also there are some grapes, herbs and flowers. The fruits gets
ripe at different times throughout the summer. We also have a drilled well, you just needed
to attach an electric motor to pump up the water for watering the yard for optional cheaper
possibilities, but there are two water taps in the garden too. The gate can be manually or
remotly opened.
We also have 2 Garages. At the main electric power outside, there is a 3phase power
socket which is handy for using different garden tools and for charging an electric car!
This fabulous property cost 55 Million Hungarian Forint which is about £123.000
depending on the exchange rate. The building is in a good condition, but requires
decorative painting. The floors have laminated wooden flooring, wooden floors and tiles
throughout.
It`s a freehold investment which can also bring business opportunities to those who are
interested or have a retirement home, or just have a holiday destination place with Airbnb.
