Mediterranean island of Cyprus.

stages of our ‘’Argaka Clup ‘’
project among a presentation that

Location, the vision and style of
our Project.

‘’ARGAKA CLUB’’ ( project) is
located in Cyprus. In the Argaka
area which is about 15 minutes
from Latchi and 10 minutes from
Polis Chrisochous. There are
taverns and shops only a short
walk from the Project and the
beach is literally 7 minutes by foot
from the Properties.

A few words about the area and
Cyprus: Cyprus is a small eastern
Mediterranean island south of the
Anatolian Peninsula. It is the 3rd
largest and 3rd most populous
Mediterranean island, right
between Turkey and Egypt. Our
project is on the Greek-Cypriot
part of the island. Cyprus is known
for its hospitality, Turquoise blue
ocean and blue flag beaches that
are among the best in the world.

Location and details
The project is based in Argaka.
The total project area covers
73,000 square meters with 45,000
square meters of total
construction area. The plan is
located only 300 meters away from
the sea, which is approximately a
5-minute walk. In addition, there
are shopping areas available
within 6 kilometers away, and 8
kilometers to the seaport. To arrive
to the destination from the airport
is approximately 58 kilometers
away which is about 45 minutes to
an hour depending on traffic.

Stages:

There are 3 stages to fully
complete the project ‘’ARGAKA
CLUB’’
Stage 1 includes 2 villas, which are
already built, Stage 2 will focus on
apart-hotels, and the last stage
will include 12 additional villas.

Stage 1: The 2 Villas
There are 2 detached estates in a
closed fenced and guarded area
framed by natural tall pine trees.
Stage one is already build. It
includes two luxury villas with
buildings and gardens, a staff
building (two apartments and a
covered equipped garage for two
cars with a total area of 204 m2)
and extensive green park for
pedestrian pleasant walking. There
is a private road leading to the
automatic entrance gate of the
estate, there is direct access to
the sea from the project.

Villa Emilia:

The estate has 4 bedrooms, 6
bathrooms, showers, sauna,

The plot area is 2323 sq. m.
The project of the villa is modern

villas and includes playgrounds for
children`s games, a yoga area, a

Stage 2:
On the second stage, an apart
hotel will be built, which will
include 30 Luxury suites decorated
and designed to offer its guest the
utmost relaxation and comfort for
a pleasant stay.
The suites will be categorized in
22 Luxury studios (approximately
36square meters), 5 one-bedroom
Luxury suites (approximately 58
square meters), and lastly, 3 two-
bedroom Luxury suites
(approximately 75 square meter).
We aim to create a space which
will bring a peace of mind to our
guest. To do that we carefully
selected the interior designer and
architect that can bring this vision
to life, always having in mind the
needs of the guests.

Stage 3:
In regards to the last stage.

The plan is to build 12 Luxury villas
which will comprise 4/5 bedrooms
each.

Every estate will have its own
private pool and additional private
territory (garden).

The them and ethos of these
properties will be based on nature
with a modern urban design
element as you can see from the
picture in our presentation. The
aim is to combine the history and
culture of this Mediterranean
island but modernize it to the
standards of the future.

The culture pallet is the perfect
marriage of past and present. The
coming together of the most
exquisite and beautiful produced
objects and ideas from yesterday,
placed alongside of the most
amazing design of today.

We aim to create a space that
represents luxury, nature and
simplicity for the most relaxing
experience.
Beautifully designed common
areas with big made of wood
Gazebos and lounge areas with
natural elements coming together,
really giving the feeling of a
tropical Mediterranean island.
Organic shaped landscape with
high planting around the pool and
outdoor lounge area is designed
as visual separation blocking the
view of the parked cars.

COMMON AREAS THE LOBBY
AND LOUNGE:
Designed with nature in mind we
have a combination of soft palette
colors and wooden design
elements and furniture with a more
minimalistic design lines that
create a modern and clean look.
Simplicity and luxury and peace of
mind is our utmost priority that we
want our guest to experience
when they visit the premises.

THE POOL:
The inspiration for the pool comes
from the nearby beach, giving it a
curve shape that has different
stages with different depths
starting from shallow waters to the
deepest end of the pool. That will
be ideal for children to play at the
shallow waters of the poor and
giving the parents a piece of mind
as well as deeper areas of the pool
for them to swim and relax.

THE WINE CELLAR:
We aim to create an indoor wine
cellar with an outdoor lounge area
where the residence will be able to
relax and enjoy an exclusive
experience of local and global
wine.

PLAY AREAS FOR CHILDREN:
Off course the most important
guest are the residence children
which are our top priority for
creating a safe space for the to
enjoy nature and play. We have
designated areas that we aim to
create a natural playground for
them so they can enhance their
imagination and feel free to
explore and play to their hearts
content.

communication with top interior
designer and architect.

A small introduction to the
mastermind behind the beautiful
atmosphere that gives life to the
project Ms. Ekaterina Elizarova.
She is an exceptional interior
designer that creates collections
for brands all over the world (Italy,
France, USA, UK ) among a few.
Ekaterina has received many
prestigious international awards,
including the Red , A Design
Award, the first All Russian Prize ‘’
for a special contribution the
development of design in Russia
the Eurasian Prize and others.
Works at the intersection of design
and arts. The only representative
or Russia, selected by the Dutch
Foundation Global Arts A ff air to
participate in the exhibition ‘’
Objects of Design as Objects of
Art’’, within the framework of the
57th Vennice Biennale.

Mr. Alexander Ganakov is an
architect and interior designer
who has over 20 years of
experience and he currently
specializes in the design of luxury
hotels and public spaces. He is
engaged in the design of the
famous Hilton hotels in
accordance with the requirements
of international standards. He
plays a key role in the
development of the projects in
Argaka, Cyprus.
