The village, where our property is situated is 140 km away from the city

of Varna and 65 km from the city of Dobrich.

is 240 sq.m. It is in a traditional Bulgarian style; entirely build by stones and wood. There is a hotel part in the house -

four bedrooms could be rent. There are two bathrooms with WC inside the house and there are also two bathrooms and WC outside

the house. The rooms are completely furnished.

There also is a tavern with 25 seats. You can enjoy a barbeque and a

fireplace inside the tavern. There is a restored well in the garden and parking place. All the necessary communications are

available. There is a possibility for a swimming-pool in the yard, too.
