* Hob, extractor fan and stainless steel sink will

* Kitchen worktop will be first class natural granite.
* Ceramic tiles

will be laid between worktop and wall units.
* Bathroom walls and floors will be covered with first quality ceramic

tiles.
* Bathrooms will have a high quality shower unit with glass doors installed.
* En-suite will have a shower

enclosure installed.
* Electric boiler will be installed in the bathroom.
* Plumbing will provided for a washing

machine.
* The swimming pool(21m2) will be supplied with a filter and cleaning system and automatic filter and
