Monthly Property Expenses in Avsallar (Alanya), Turkey:

50 Euros per month is the property management fee per flat;

Electricity is cheap:Before 240 kW - 1,37 TL (Turkish liras);

After 240 kW - 2,21 TLInternet: 20 Euros monthly;

The water supply is free as there is only cold water supply and you have independent heating (boiler) in the
duplex.

Tax payments:

1. The first important tax buyers pay usually is - Tapu Devir Vergisi,

local government registration of the new owner.

Copy Is attached to the advert.

The tax amount for this `Tapu` registration is 4% from the property cost.

This is to be paid by the buyer to the government - the same as we did three years ago.

2. Insurance (compulsory one) to be paid together with the tax - is 50 Euros only as I remember. This is
regarding the seismic zones in the different regions of Turkey.

3. Translator. If you might need local one and your own - for the deal registration, bank transfer, local
questions to the government institutions is BOUT 70-100 Euros per day.

4. The last one is the payment to receive Tapu - technical passport for the property and ownership rights -
