We have been living in this house for 14 years, and we could not have been happier... its neighborhood, the
climate, its amenities, the area and its characteristic colorful houses have made this time a great
experience in our memories that I hope you can too enjoy.

I want to tell you some experiences that you can live there.

Enjoy this bright house where in addition to saving on electricity, you will not feel trapped, since it has
views in all rooms.

You can relax having breakfast in the gardens of the house or take advantage of sunbathing in the solarium,
where you can also enjoy a good barbecue with friends.

It has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms that provide you with an intimate space from other family
members, and guests have their private toilet at the main entrance; Both rooms have built-in wardrobes
without taking away space and being more aesthetic. You have the possibility of a third room in the
basement and the space is prepared.

The double glazed windows with shades isolate you from noise and maintain a pleasant temperature, so
you can rest in complete darkness. When you wake up you can go out to the balcony to see what the
weather is like.

Only 8 steps separate one room from another, I thought it could be an objection to buying it, but when I
lived in it I realized that it was a benefit since when my partner went to sleep in the room, I could stay
watching TV at full volume in the living room without disturbing it with noise, and since I live here my knees
are stronger.

book, roasting chestnuts, or remembering nostalgic moments if you have children.

Leaving the community, you will find a playground and several trails a few meters away to accompany your

A 5-minute drive away you have a shopping center to enjoy some leisure time on the weekends, and
different hypermarkets to make purchases that you can download by accessing the door of your house.

The location is excellent, 10 minutes by car from both Benidorm beach and Puig Campana mountain.
