In 2012 we (me Dutch, my wife Mexican) discovered and fell in love with a fantastic traditional (`colonial
style) villa in the heart of the Mexican federal republic, Queretaro (half an hour`s drive by car from world
famous San Miguel de Allende). Queretaro (or QRO as they call it) is reputed to be the safest town in
Mexico. We still love and adore the house, but unfortunately I have begun to feel the weight of the years
and we are now thinking of moving to an apartment, in the same area. The house has what we had always
dreamed of: a patio with a fountain, vaulted ceilings, arches, pillars, double height living room and
bedroom, swimming pool, 650 sqm built area on 1,000 sqm plot, super tranquil with beautiful view.
