town is Tequisquiapan, Queretaro. 30-miles from the state capital of Queretaro. 70-miles
from San Miguel Allende, GTO.
We are in the mountains 6500 feet altitude. Cool mornings warm afternoons and cold
nights. I have a maid and caretaker that have been with me for 8-years.
I am 74-years old and have recently had major back surgery in McAllen, Texas. My health is
beginning to fail and I want to be close to a hospital and my doctors in the USA.

I have a carport that has a veranda on top that over looks the little city of cobblestone
streets and 25,000 people. My taxes are less than $1800 a year.

I have a small water filter in the kitchen.

The guest wing is up a little stairways and has 2-bedrooms, 1-bath, a living room that
overlooks the jardin. In the middle of the house is the kitchen, another bedroom and bath,
utility room, pantry and large dining room. In the Master wing is the Master bedroom, one
bath, a sitting room and up a few stairs an office. I built the house in 2000 and retired
fulltime in 2007....but, it is now time to move.
