The clean and extremely well-kept common areas include two separate pools to enjoy, a large lap pool for adults and a shallow kids pool, chaises and loungers for napping or reading, the shaded palapa, barbecue, etc. There is 24-hour security and on-site management. Most of the owners are Canadian or Americans.
This is a great place to relax; ideal location for tourists without a car, easy access to downtown Zihua with its bustling fish and produce market, shopping, restaurants and weekend open-air dance and music shows. The Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa airport is 30 minutes away. You have only a 3 minute level walk to the La Ropa beach, the best in this area, with even casual restaurants serving superb seafood. Most years, the water in this protected, picturesque bay is warm enough to swim in January. To catch a ride to Zihua with the little shuttle buses and taxis is easy, they stop almost right outside the condo`s gate.
