Older shop and a chicken coop or shed. Does not have to be a B and B but is an extra money maker! Very homey, Amish wood cook stove and wood stove in basement. Hydro bills and gas bills very low! Mountain living at its best and...the convenience of the outside world is at your finger tips. We do have wifi if it is a life line for you. Lastly our neighbours are stellar! Not for rent!
