Is located at 3 hours from Montevideo,Uruguay, and 2
hours from Punta del Este, the property have 445 hectares,
a little more than 1099 acres, where we planted on the
years  --(Phone number)-- , 420,000 pine trees of the Taeda,80%,
and Ellioti,20%, species .

THE FORESTATION -
Was done under the direction of Agr. Eng. on the year
2002 with imported selected seeds from the Livingstone
Parish Orchard, Louisiana, USA.
Estancia Paz imported directly the seeds which are the best
seeds available worldwide, because of this very good seed
each pine increase yearly in wood value an average of 2 US
dollars.
As of today we are producing lumber, making a necessary
cut on the trees amount to allow the best ones to grow
better.

Each pine cut today is giving us an average of 30 US
dollars of raw lumber, this price represent the value of
green wood for the construction business, the same
lumber of Taeda Pine, clasified and dry, can be sold to the
carpentry and furniture business at a much higher price,
60% more.

We estimate that our forest have today around 80,000
cubic meters of lumber that can be used in manny
industries, this is equivalent to more than 35 million
square feet of lumber.
The forest will have on the year 2023 around 200,000
cubic meters of lumber...or more. Each square feet of
Taeda pine lumber is sold today in the uruguayan local
market at $0.6 US dollars,green and unclassified, and at $
1,10 US dollars, dry and classified.
We already have foreign clients interested in buying the
total amount of our lumber, list of prospective clients
available after accepted contract to buy the property, one
of the principal furniture maker of China offer us, LC
available, to buy the whole lumber, dry and cutted to
specific measures, at US dollars 235 per cubic meter, this
means that the actual value of the lumber on our forest is
around 12 million US Dollars, this considering to cut only
50 thousand cubic meters of lumber, half of the
forestation.
