This elaborate piece of history boasts three stories of architectural twists and turns, bringing back the era
of romance and beauty. Two floors of beautiful common space include a recreation room and fitness
center. Prepare meals in our gourmet kitchen and be sure to relax on our large porch or wander our
sprawling gardens.
The space
This Suite is fit for a King and Queen. Located on the second floor of the Mansion, it is arguably the most
expansive and beautiful room in the mansion. The bedroom holds a King size bed, a full en suite
bathroom, a dressing room, and a separate room with a double-size bed. This is the perfect room for the
team of travelers, a tag-along friend, etc. Window views include historic northside street view and garden.
Guest access
Parking is available in our driveway and off the alley between the mansion and our gardens behind. There
is also public street parking available; just be mindful of the marked no parking zones.
Other things to note
The Chocolate Mansion is not an ordinary boutique hotel. Although there are many shared common
spaces, the mansion is still a very intimant place to which there really is no comparison. Our guests are
always amazing and we can`t wait to accomodate your travel needs.
