Writing all this is making me want to stay good memories
here! � There many air b&b’s situated around this area, but
nothing like this place. It would appeal to executive market,
and to groups of people wanting to share costs on a luxury
stay here.
The coast is Sea Pauling and a 20 min ride/drive from here.
Sea Pauling is sandy beaches and has seals you can go and
see, it’s very attractive with large sand dunes and lovely
pubs.
As mentioned there is potential to make more than one
house out of this place, and dived into 1-2 other flats maybe?
Equally insider info, neighbours are mortgage free and nearly
ready to leave, I suspect 17b will sell first that’s next door,
