The is situated in Nambendo Village in Songea Rural, Ruvuma Region in Southern
Part of the United Republic of Tanzania about 100 kms from Songea. This beautiful
virgin fertile land measures about 2000 acres with title deeds. The title deeds are
distributed among the family members.
The farm is in between two rivers, Ruvuma and Lupambo hence to make this farm
an ideal for rice farming, sugarcane, maize, simsim, sunflower, soya beans, hot
culture and many more crops. Out of the 2000 acres, 100 acres are planted the
Cashewnut trees which are about to yield its first fruits. Also, there are 20 Beehives
with bees for honey harvesting. Since the farm is between the two rivers it makes it
easier for irrigation scheme. The area receives good rainfall during the rainy season
starting from December to May because is surrounded by thick forests. Big part of
the farm has natural trees big enough to harvest timber, there is a house for
workers. At Nambendo village separate from the big farm there is a warehouse at an
area of 15 acres and a fishpond. This area can be utilized for expansions like putting
some machines and other equipment.

About the infrastructure: there is direct flights from Dar es Salaam to Songea almost
every day, there is a good gravel road for the 100 kms from Songea town to
Nambendo village, the government has already erected electricity poles to the
village ready to supply electricity in the famous national plan of putting electricity to
all villages in the country. Currently we have installed solar power. Water used is
from boreholes as the water table is not deep.
