In the house there are also 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, laundry room and shower room mon water in the area with winter water (heating cable) and fiber is retracted.

In the garden there is a small guest house with electricity and 2-3 beds as well as an outbuilding with a guest room and another 3-4 beds, storage and former outhouse. At the back there is also a roofed garden storage room.
The site is largely an easy-to-maintain natural site with elements of play- and climbing-friendly mountains. Between the houses there is a flat lawn for outdoor games and space for a trampoline. On the sea side of the house there is an open terrace facing west and at the back of the house there is a patio facing east. The gravel driveway up to the house means that the grocery bags do not have to be carried very far and here you can easily park 3 cars; 2 down by the road and 1 by the house.

Fejbol offers several bathing areas within walking distance, both with beach, jetties and a shared sauna cabin for members. This also includes a berth at one of the area s boat docks. Its scenic location invites you to long walks in the woods and fields, especially to the oak pastures next to Sparreholm Castle and boat or canoe trips on BÃ¥ven with picnics on the rocky outcrops.
