fridge/freezer combination.
There are 5 bedrooms + a
bathroom with a shower
and underfloor heating, and
a new shower mixer tap.
In front of the house is an
enclosed winter garden
with windows and an
outside door, approximately
30 m².
It has its own well and its
own sewage well, thus low
utility costs.
New waterworks/pump!

A large barn suitable for
animal/horse keeping; there
were previously horses on
the farm. A large hayloft is
located on the upper floor.
The floor area is 207 m²,
making a total of 400 m²,
partly on a concrete base.
Of this, approximately 40
m² is a workshop and two
garages with electric roller
doors and a snow scooter,
with a 30 m² extension.

sufficient farm there!
