traffic and facilitate to reach Colombo city limits within few minutes. . It`s just few minutes
walking distance to very popular walking and bicycle riding park , Pizza Hut , Vegetarian and
Indian food Vegi Dine restaurant , Golden rose international buffet , Fingara swimming pool and
coffee shop , many supermarkets , Many Banks ATM`s and many more ect.
Bed rooms are with King size beds, Wardrobe, full size mirror with LED back lights , One AC &
one Non AC , Ceiling fans, Table Lamp, Iron & Ironing table & Cupboards ,ect, ( Extra bed space or

Free facilities and conditions : Free swimming pool facility via Fingara ( One time per couple per
week ).All relevant items or furniture are cleaned before the every check in of new comers
without any extra charges. If Long staying , Rs 500/= will be charged per cleaning of a bathroom.
Water consumption & LP gas used will not be charged. Necessity to provide your NIC or Passport
photo copies at the arrival
For the electricity , Rs. 40 per unit or as per CEB bill will be charged ( measured by separate
meter) .
Booking can be done via e-mail by paying 10% of total that can be transferred to HSBC Bank
Account. We promote this house for the families ( e.g Couple with three children`s – maximum
total is 5 members )
Rental Charges:-From 2016 / 08/08st to 2016 /12/31st (with swimming pool facility)

2- 09 Days- per day.
10-19 Days per day.
20-25 Days per day.

For 1 to 2 months – Rs 45,000 per month

Single day staying is not allowed

50% of the rent for the period, need to be paid within the first day of the check in

Balance amount with electricity charges have to be paid within 8 hours before the Check Out.
