The land is situated in the very best
commercial area in Unawatuna.

Description of the land:
About 150m from Unawatuna beach there are
44.47 perches of land. (About 150m, when you
use the shortcut to the beach). This is flat
land and it was prepared to build a hotel. I
have done the geotechnical investigations
and got engineer recommendations for the
foundations plan. Never the les building
plans permits for 3stories 3 different
buildings, swimming pool (40 x 20 feet).
There is a channel (about 1,5 meter wide)
running through the land. This channel runs
from Galle Fort to the ocean. (The Dutch, as
a secret way to the ocean made the channel)
Now there is nothing else but rainwater in
the channel. I have also got the permit to
build brig between this two part of the
land. Behind the land, there is a huge rock-
mountain, which accentuates the peaceful
atmosphere.

Directions to the land:
4 km to Galle City. The land is situated at
Walledewala road. From Galle Road to my
land, there are about 400m.
After you turn to Walladewala Road, continue
about 400m. The land is on the right hand.
In front of the land, there is two beautiful
Mara trees (to the left side). Opposite the
road, there is a newly built hotel.
I have also boundary wall permit. ect. This
is absolutely the last piece of land in this
area.

buildings, swimming pool (20x40 feet) and

It was a meaning to build a 3 star holiday
resort at this land (2013 summer), but I got
some family situation, that I have to drop
this project. There are some possibilities
to add 10 perch (minimum).
