Sanlúcar de Barrameda is a city with a special location: nestled on the left bank where the Guadalquivir River flows into the sea, and across from the Doñana National Park. Almost square, the sunsets here are marvellous... Land where gastronomy is art, with king prawns and manzanilla sherry.

Our recommendations are:

In the morning, visit the Doñana National Park. Duration of about 2 hours and 45 minutes. Further information at . There are two ways to visit the park:

1. River route on board the Real Fernando boat + stroll on foot through the park to have more time to look at the flora and fauna.

2. Boat trip + then journey by four-wheel drive vehicle.

When you finish, what could be better than having a mid-morning snack in the Bajo de Guía district or in the centre of Sanlúcar! Here are a few restaurants: 15YVBPy

- Visit the Palace-House of Medina Sidonia.
- Tour of the Bodega Barbadillo.
