It is a restaurant/pub/function venue situated on a smallholding in Joostenbergvlakte. It`s a rural area so most people around here have horses etc.
We have a full liquor license as well as a trading license. You won`t have to re-apply for the license,you can just take it over and I will help you with all the procedures. I have all the contact details of everyone who will do the licensing.

The smallholding is 1.07 hectar. Our venue has a swimmimg pool,so it`s a favourite for birthday parties as well as weddings. End of year functions for big companies such as Sanlam,Old mutual and SAPS are held here quite often. We do have all the financial statements available for people that are truly interested in buying our business. We also have a koi pond with big koi fish are very old and big,so the person needs to look after the fish with great care. The koi fish and generator are not included in asking price.

The bar area has 3 TV`s,jukebox and 2 pool tables. The one table is the competition table. Every Thursday night we play pool against other pubs/restaurants. They take tuns on the venue,so the first week we will play by us,the next week will be somewhere else and so on and so forth. We run specials on the weekend for the rugby crowd.

I have 6 bar employees, 4 cleaning ladies and a maintenance man/ gardener,that works full time. The kitchen I rent out ,she pays me rent and electricity. we have a meter in the kitchen for the electricity. We also rent out a section of the smallholding to a company that makes building blocks and another part to a company called Lusasa.

We have a big store with a flat built next to it. The store and the flat is 350 square meters all together. In the flat we have 3 bedrooms,1 bathroom(no bath),1 kitchen and a washroom.
