Private game farm, with several waterfalls
and big dams with hippo and crocodile breeding, mountains,
kloofs, views and forest, also has the ability to accommodate
approximately 1 200 cattle, due to it`s rich grazing fields. The
Waterberg is a breathtaking magnificent part of Limpopo with
immense natural resources and rainfall.
The variation in typography determines various grass species
to accommodate all kinds of farming animals and wild animals.
This includes 41 different tree species identified, ideal for kudu
and giraffe as well as 141 different leave-species.
With lots of water available throughout the year, provided by
pumps that feed the total area of water, 8 natural dams that
accommodate hippo and crocodiles that breed throughout the
year, the possibilities are unlimited for more wildlife
development.
There was 128 bird species identified by one visitor during one
weekend.
THE GAME AND WILDLIFE
A farm boasting 13 species of game on trails to be seen such as
70 giraffe, 70 sables, kudu, red hartebeest, eland, impala,
gemsbok, nyala, blesbok, zebra and smaller cat families. Hippo
and crocodile breeding centre on the farm.
You will also find mountain buck, common reedbuck,
klipspringers as well as 300 warthog and wildebeest, and many
more.
Two day trails of 12 and 10 km (shorter options available for
beginners) well planned, self guided trails to accommodate all
levels of hikers. Hikers allowed to do game viewing/drives from
base camp.
Neighboring farms - Mabalingwe and Mabula Game Farms.
THE BASE CAMP
The Base Camp consists of 30 beds, braai facilities, cooking
utensils, electric and gas fridge and 2 plate stove.
Ablution block with hot and cold showers etc.
Private and luxurious chalets.
6 fully equipped chalets with conference facilities.
The farm is fully equipped with Conference Facilities, white
boards, TV screens - to accommodate up to 60 people.
