At the same time you are 10 MIN AWAY FROM ITALIAN BEACH and large shopping malls if you go through to VENICE will take you only 1H BY CAR!
There is about 100km of paths perfect for horse riding, cycling or riding with quads, a ton of caves - discovered and undiscovered,and much much more...
It could be perfect location for tourism if you want to.
