We are selling a farming property at the elite location by the lake of �martno (Slo. �martinsko jezero). It borders the water surface on its East and South-West side. First inscriptions of the property date back to 18th century and it has guarded its look until today. The structures are not protected as historical monuments even though the house, the wooden pig sty and the `kozolec` (a typical Slovenian object where hay and utensils are kept) in their original stay. Only the barn and the wood storage are of modern date. To supply the property with water two stone built wells were used and they are still functional. The biggest city which is close by is Celje and it is only 7 kilometers away. Not so far are also thermal spas like Terme Dobrna, La�ko, Zreče and Roga�ka Slatina.
