The location is accessible by car even in winter!!!. The final station of chairlifts is only 100 m away located on the other side of the hill so that there is no noise from the ski lifts.

The cottage is built from pinewood. The facility has its own electrical connection, heating consisted of ventilation fireplace with stove, floor heating all over the hallway, bathroom and inner lining is from oiled wood and the all equipment and furniture has been made by order.
Water - rainwater (water tank capacity of 8,000 litres which is berried beside the cottage). Septic tank has three ventricles. The windows are wooden. The insulation is 35 cm thick.
The cottage has two entrances of which the rear entrance has never been shut by snow, so there is no need for shovelling snow every time you arrive in snow season. The access to the basement of the cottage is directly placed from the object itself.
Behind the cottage there is a shed measuring 12 m2, intended for storage and sauna (sauna has never been finished).
