Due to the illness of the owner, we are selling the company in Slovenia. Activity is wood production , making Latoflex, the floor for beds and the like. It is part of a sleeping program for hospitals, hotels, nursing homes. Activity can spread to the entire sleepwear. The company did not have any financial difficulties and zou can see that in the annual balance sheet. The company has nevner been in a state of frozen account or other financial problems. It has its factory halls worth 700.000 eur and machinery stock and fixed assets are worth approx. 150.000 eur. Annual turnover is from 900.000 to 1,2 million eur, or monthly about 80.000 eur. Employed 12 workers. The company sells to all of the above for 750.000 eur. The owner with that money will paid dues and cleansed company of all liabilities. The new owner will received a completely clean firm without liabilites and hiden dues. Please note, that one factory hall is still empty and may be supplemented by a program of drying owens or program for making wood pallets.
