Celje, 500 m away from the lake
Šmartinsko, and 1 km from the motorway
Ljubljana-Maribor.

accomodation (11 rooms), there is also an

bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a
seminar room for 40 people, rooms for
social meetings, a wine cellar, two
outdoor/indoor
swimming pools, a whirlpool for 6 persons, 4
different saunas (2 Swedish, a Turkish, and

infra-red one), and a fitness room,
completely equipped with Technogym
machines.

The building is situated in peaceful, idyllic
surroundings and has its own parking lot.
It has been opened since 2002.
For the reconstruction of the building after
the fire I am looking for a partner
