condition, because it`s not needed because
of the thick walls, good insulation, and an

Central heating, water heating and cooking,
is arranged on the city gas. The central
system is in the bathroom, where is also the
water heater. Upon entering the apartment,
on the right side of the hallway there`s
entrance to the kitchen area, a little further
from the entrance on the left side there`s the
entrance to the bathroom. Then the hall
opens and on the left there is the entrance
to the first nice room and on the right the
entrance to another and as well the biggest
room in the apartment, which is currently
regulated as a living room. This room is
separated from the kitchen only with
partition wall, not the supporting, that`s why
it is possible to replace it for example with
the kitchen bar and so expend the living
place and join together kitchen with living
and dining room.
