The best thing about living in The Belvedere Meyer Road :- The view of the South

China Sea, the breeze, the greenery, easy acces to East Coast Park, and the neighbourhood. The area has so much history: at

one end of our street is Katong Park, where archaeologists recently found remnants of a 125 year old British built fort,

whilst a few blocks in the other direction, the remains of the old sea wall can still be seen. The colourful shophouses of

Joo Chiat are close by, ant there are still black-and-white bungalows in the area. The condominium grounds are green and

open; and have a great facilities and reliable security. The view from the apartment, and the proximity to the city - people

tend to think of the East Coast as so far away, but it is only a ten-minute drive to the CBD
