100.000E to 150.000E.

With a little imagination, the new owner, can build a money making machine on top of this piece of
land.

A private parking lot adjacent to the new airport and the surrounding businesses could easily
bring in 1.000.000 E a year. If you would add one or two underground levels you would double or triple
that amount. You can start with the street level for one year maybe, make the money for growing and

Romania.

A hotel, for example. That is what I was thinking of building. And I actually got the
paperwork done and obtained the Urban Certificate for “Blue Hotel” project for construction of hotels,
warehouses and/ or offices.

Depending on how high you want to built and the total number of rooms, a hotel will bring you
somewhere between 1.000.000,00E and 5.000.000,00E/ $ a year.

Don’t take my word for it. Do your own research. These are the numbers for any decent hotel located in
the vicinity of an airport anywhere in Europe.

How much ?

$33/sq.m. or 33E/ sq.m.

That is a third of the return this property can bring you in one year.

If you’re thinking “ I really want this, but it’s a little rich for my pocket right now, I have some extra
good news. The 1 Ha plot is made out of two attached sites of 3,330 sq.m. and 6,663 sq.m.

I can either sell them together as one property or separate.

I know for most people it will make more sense to get the whole 10.000 sq.m so they can to build an
