The land is located near the oldest area of the city and the entire
southern side is adjacent to the bank of Mures River.

that belonged to the former Sugar Factory.
The northern side of the site neighbours the historical area of the city
which is currently subject to the implementation of a rehabilitation
program.

LOCATION
The property is 800 m far from Arad City Hall.

Avram Iancu, the old city centre. Continuing, Malul Muresului street
connects to Cuza Voda and Piata Veche Streets, to Piata Arenei and
Podul Traian which leads to Aradul Nou quarter.
In the southern part the area is bordered by Malul Muresului Street and
by Mures River which has a regulated watercourse.
In the western part, the area is bordered by Splaiul Muresului and
Putnei Streets leading to Piata Sarbeasca and Piata Mare which
ensure the major traffic flow between Piata Arenei and the western
area of the city.
On the land bordering the northern side company housing units were
built, towards the end of the inter-war period, which belong to the
former employees of the sugar factory.
