World Heritage

Nova. Serra is our
local village 1.6

merchant and a
great shop that`s
sells everything
from a mop to
frozen food.

The energy rating
will be updated
soon. We are
expecting an A or
B. If the
temperature
outside overnight
is 4 to 8 degrees,
we maintain 18 or
19 withe no heat
input. Warm, dry
and comfortable.

Our house has
generous interior
spaces and a
large plot of
3700m2 of
house is
set back from the
road and in a
great location.
So! First, I will say
that we still have
some jobs to
finish.
