traditional. The apartment is very spacious with a fully fitted kitchen which has a table and four
chairs with plenty of room to move in white. Front room is very large with one end
devoted to tv etc with 2 sofas and a club chair. It also has a dining table and four chairs at the
other end and still plenty of room to move around. The 2 bedrooms are very well sized with plenty of room for double beds or 2 singles 1 has french doors onto a wonderfull huge courtyard with children playground (council owned and maintained).Both have fitted wardrobes, drawers and cupboards all contained in one large unit.
Bathroom has bath and shower but lots of room to add walk in shower if vanity unit removed. See photos`.
The location is fabulous in Conceicao de Tavira a great little village with shops and bars and restaurants, supermarket and chemist this just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There is also the `Hairy Lemon` ,pub` restaurant and pool. Cabanas with its bars restaurants and gift shops plus a fabulous beach is 10 minutes walk.A hive of parties and activities during the summer months. This is the secret hide of the Northern all happens here! Great for 5 minutes walk.
There is a picturesque little railway station 3 minutes walk. Just a rural line so not busy or noisy. This is very cheap to use the trains and will take you to Tavira and on to Faro and even on to Albufeira by changing train at Faro. In the other direction is Monte Gordo with its amazing beach and casino etc,etc. Then the train will take you to the Spanish border where a ferry can be taken over to Fabulous Ayemonte.
If that is not enough Seville is 2 hours drive and the same for Lisbon. For other days there is the Grand Plaza shopping centre and cinema complex just 10 minutes drive.
Golf Fans will be over the moon with the Benamor Golf Course just 5 minutes walk is known for being challenging and very scenic. I can vouch for this!
