Sesmarias is an urbanisation near the Golf-courses Pinta and Gramacho; private pool villas only. It is a 5 minutes drive to the next beach, the golf-courses and a tennis club with fitness and aerobic facilities. Walking distance to a little supermarket and café. There are 5 restaurants within walking distance of the Villa (less than 5 minutes walk) like Donato`s Pizzaria (great pizza and pasta type restaurant).

Just 1.5km from the picturesque seaside village of Carvoeiro, the lovely Villa W is within easy reach of some of the Algarve`s finest beaches and highly rated golf courses. Carvoeiro retains it`s Portuguese character and the surroundings are thankfully devoid of high rise buildings and there is an array of local restaurants, Carvoeiro is a lively fishing village (town) which has become popular during recent years, but still retains its local charm. There are ample shops, a pharmacy, banks, doctors clinic, butchers, bakers and newsagents. Everything you are likely to need!

Numerous safe, sandy beaches with stunning cliffs and crystal clear water give superb swimming and water sports. Nearby are the excellent golf courses, Gramacho and Vale da Pinta (500m to a 1km away and at least 10 golf courses within a 25km) , along with sports complexes like Carvoeiro Tennis Club and Gym, cycling, fishing and the ever-popular aquatic flume parks like the Slide and Splash, Big One and Zoomarine.
