The Calçada das Necessidades complex has been developed following the urge of building something unique and modern in the very traditional city of Lisbon.
Getting the most out of the amazing views to the Tagus River and the beautiful trees from the Tapada das Necessidades park, the buildings are designed in a very simple and minimalistic way but with all the confort that only traditional materials can give.
The complex is divided in two buildings, having a number of 10 exceptional apartments ranging from 230sqm. to 480sqm., simplex and duplex.
They were planned thinking about the flexibility clients may desire, as any apartment can either have 1 bedroom or maybe 3 or 4 just by simply adding or removing some walls.
The building has it own parking garage with direct access to the apartments on the bigger apartments.
An OUTSTANDING LOCATION
The Calçada das Necessidades complex is located in the Lapa Neighbourhood celebrated as the most charming and quiet residential area in downtown Lisbon.
Although this is a very quiet street, there is full and easy access to the busy Infante Santo where you can have access to transports, cafes, shops and banks through the staircase connection to Infante Santo brought by this complex.
This location is close to innumerous consulates, embassies, private and public schools and hospital.
The famous 28 tram stop is a 5 min walk, and will very happily take you to the Chiado shopping area and the amazing views of the Castelo de São Jorge.
The building is facing a public and very quiet park, and is also very close to Estrela´s Park and Church.
There are many facilities surrounding the building such as small grocery shops, pharmacies and supermarkets.
A 10 min walk will take you to the Riverside where you can practice some sports, or simply enjoy the riverside with some restaurants and nightclubs.
IMPRESSIVE INTERIORS
The interiors of these apartments are planned as an open space concept.
Living, dinning room and kitchen areas are always connected, and the bedroom areas are normally in a different floor.
The huge areas are topped in both sides by floor to ceiling windows with balconies, facing both sunrise and sunset.
The floors are in dark wood and sometimes you can have carpet on the bedrooms.
The apartments are all equipped with huge wardrobes and storage areas, all hidden in the walls.
They are also equipped with air conditioning and other quality fixtures and fittings.
KITCHEN
The kitchen areas were planned thinking about elegant entertaining and haute cuisine.
They are designed in partnership with Fabri, to get the most quality and functionality.
They are fully equipped with AEG appliances and the flooring and bench are made in Portuguese black natural granite stone.
BATHROOMS
All apartments have social and suite bathrooms.
They are designed to satisfy the most discerning of tastes.
The glass and mirrors used on the walls combining to the cream marble used on the floor, gives them a very fresh and clean atmosphere.
The sanitaryware is all from the Portuguese brand Valadares, and they all have towel radiators and heating system against mirror steaming.
