Plot 456/3 for sale, area: 2.6802 ha is marked with the identifier 080106_2.0001.456/3 and the land use
symbol Ba (industrial areas); located in Wawrow (Santok Commune). The plot is developed with five
single-story brick buildings. A final decision on development conditions was issued for the plot (No.
9/2013, ref. no.: of January 9, 2013) allowing the implementation of an investment
consisting in the construction of a complex of 10 four-story multi-family buildings with a permitted
basement with a total area of up to 17,000 m2 (each building with a building area of up to 420 m2 on each

There is currently no current local development plan for the plot in question, a new plan is being
prepared, however, according to the Study of Conditions and Directions of Spatial Development of the
Santok commune, the above-mentioned plots are marked as single-family development areas and
residential development areas with light services and crafts.

The great advantage of the presented property is its location. It is located in the very center of Wawrow,
directly on the main communication route connecting Gorzow Wielkopolski with its `bedrooms`
(Janczewo, Santok, Gralewo) road 158. The distance from the borders of Gorzow Wielkopolski is only 2
km, and to the very center of the city it is less than 5 km , is freshly renovated and largely two-lane. The
village is connected with Gorzow Wielkopolski by bus lines of the Gorzow Wielkopolski public transport
(MZK). The town of Wawrow becomes part of Gorzow Wielkopolski, it is connected with it by technical
and social infrastructure, for many residents of Gorzow it is a place of work or science. There are
activities aimed at connecting these towns.
