Rainforest in the State of Madre de Dios, District of Manu, Sector Itahuania. The preservation of
land tracts such as this is paramount to the health of the Amazon Rainforest of Peru, its plants,
animals, people, culture, and economy.
This prime forest land adjacent to the Manu National Park one of the biggest Park in Peru as
known as the Biosphere of Peru, this land could be purchased by an environmentally conscious

This is one of the few remaining large intact pieces of unspoiled land bordering the Manu National
Park There is a concentration of abundant rare plant and wildlife, several miles of the Alto Madre
de Dios River several thousand board feet of prime timber in species such as Cedars Mahogany,
Ceibas, all these trees are in extinctions The land is right cross on the Kosnipata road, which is the
only main north and south road from Cusco city (Andes) to the southern of Peru, and the road is
not paved. The land is accessible year round by car and boat and is only around 7 hours from

Within a mile of this land, the government of Peru has establish a Biological Station as known as
Cocha Cashu Station, the world environmental organization have established research stations
within Manu National Park. which is one of the largest virgin forests remaining on the
planet. Before we purchased this land, it was once destined to become one of the many largescale
farms so common in the region. Farming and cattle ranching mean complete forest removal.
In the case of this land, not a single tree would be on it had it not been purchased by present
